  • 4 pieces chicken thighs boneless
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon water for added flavor
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin optional for more flavor
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 tablespoon green onions chopped for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  • In a skillet, mix soy sauce, water, and Mirin if using. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For more flavor you can use 2 tablespoon water and 2 tablespoon Mirin.
