Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberry puree fresh or frozen

Crunch Topping

  • 1 cup crushed cereal
  • ¼ cup strawberry-flavored sugar

Instructions
 

Baking Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  • In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  • Add egg, vanilla, and strawberry puree to the butter mixture.
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
  • Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle crunch topping on each cookie.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 20 minutes before serving.
