  • 1 medium banana frozen, sliced
  • cup non-dairy milk almond or soy
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Toppings

  • granola
  • fresh strawberry slices
  • hemp seeds

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a high speed blender add your strawberries, banana, milk, and chia seeds.
  • Blend on high for a minute, scrape down sides or use your tamper, and blend again.
  • Blend until the smoothie bowl has a consistency of soft serve.
  • Pour into bowl and top with granola, fresh strawberries, hemp seeds, and whatever else you desire!
