- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup 100% pure pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 10 slices thick sliced wheat or white bread
- 4 tablespoons butter for griddle, divided
- pure maple syrup for serving
Preheat non-stick griddle to 325 degrees.
