Cheese

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese

Coating

  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 egg egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Seasoning

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the brie cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the beaten egg, honey, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Dip each piece of brie into the egg mixture, then coat with chopped pistachios.
  • Place the coated brie bites on a baking sheet.
