Ingredients
  

Fresh Peaches

  • 6 cups Fresh Peaches peeled and sliced, about 6-7 large peaches
  • ¼ - ½ cup Sugar depending on sweetness of peaches
  • 1 box Vanilla or Yellow Cake Mix
  • ¾ cup Butter 1 ½ sticks, cut into thin slices

Garnish

  • Vanilla Bean Ice Cream optional

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice the peaches and place in a medium sized bowl. Toss with sugar.
  • Pour peaches into a 9 x 13 pan and evenly spread out. Sprinkle cake mix all over the peaches.
  • Slice the butter into very thin pieces. Place the butter over the cake mix, trying to cover the entire pan with butter.
  • Bake for 42-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Remove from the oven and let set up for at least 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve with vanilla bean ice cream.
