Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1.5 cups finely chopped pineapple about ½ of a small pineapple
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Whisk ingredients together and add them to the creami container.
  • Freeze for 12-24 hours.
  • Remove the container from the freezer and allow it to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  • Spin on the sorbet setting.
  • Stir a bit, then respin for a softer consistency (if desired).
  • Serve & enjoy!

Notes

Storing – Freeze in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks. Respin in the Ninja Creami to get the creamy light texture before serving. For a smoother texture, blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender before freezing.
