Ingredients
  

Mushrooms

  • 1 pound cremini or button mushrooms cleaned and trimmed

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey organic
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Garnish

  • fresh parsley optional

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and trim the stems slightly.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
  • Place the cleaned mushrooms in a large mixing bowl and pour the honey garlic sauce over them. Toss gently until each mushroom is coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, then spread the mushrooms in a single layer.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.

Notes

Avoid rinsing mushrooms under water to prevent excess moisture during roasting.
