Ingredients
  

Meat and Vegetables

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 24 oz Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 2 ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese divided

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 9×13′ casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook and crumble ground beef over medium heat. Add in onion and garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Drain fat as needed then season ground beef with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a large mixing bowl, place frozen hash brown, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, and 1 ¾ cups of shredded cheese. Mix until combined then add in ground beef mixture and mix again until combined.
  • Scoop mixed ingredients into the prepared casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until casserole is warm throughout.

Notes

You can add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for an extra nutrient boost. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This casserole is versatile and can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
