  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika optional, for extra depth
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional, for brightness

Instructions
 

Marinade Preparation

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Place the steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
  • Before cooking, take the steak out of the marinade and pat it dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
  • Grill, pan-sear, or air-fry the steak to your preferred doneness.

Notes

For an even better flavor, marinate overnight.
