- 1.5 lbs round steak cut into thin strips
- 1 green bell pepper sliced thick
- 1 red bell pepper sliced thick
- 0.5 onion sliced thick
- 1.5 cups beef broth
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon cold water
Place the beef, bell peppers and onions in a slow cooker.
