How to Make Easy Baked Lemon Dijon Salmon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or a silpat mat for easy cleanup.
Place the wild salmon fillets on the baking sheet and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, and fresh thyme until well combined.
Spoon half of the mustard mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they’re coated evenly. Place lemon slices on top.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until the fish starts to cook through.
Carefully add the remaining sauce on top of the fillets and return to the oven, baking for an additional 3-5 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
Remove the salmon from the oven, serve warm, and enjoy!
