- 4 mini cucumbers sliced
- 10 mini sweet peppers sliced
Seasoning
- ½ Tablespoon Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Chili crisp
Dressing
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 ½ Tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- 1 ½ Tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic large
- 1 inch fresh ginger knob
- 1 pinch black pepper
Preparation
Make dressing by adding all the ingredients to a blender and blending until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Add cucumber and bell pepper to a bowl. Add ¼ cup dressing, bagel seasoning and chili crisp. Toss to combine. Taste and add more seasoning, chili crisp and/or dressing, if needed!
