  • 2 lbs chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can sweet corn drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add the black beans, sweet corn, and salsa on top of the chicken.
  • Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  • Shred the chicken in the crockpot before serving.
