  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pack tortellini fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
  • Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and spinach.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
