Preparation

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the creamy dressing, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Stir until well blended.
  • Pour the dressing over the tomato mixture and toss gently to ensure the tomatoes are evenly coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  • Optional: sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the top for an added touch of flavor.
  • Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
