  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  • Warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add 1 pound of ground beef to the pot. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully browned and no pink remains, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Stir in 12 ounces of pasta, 4 cups of beef broth, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Mix well to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil. Then reduce heat to a simmer, cover partially, and cook until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 12-15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is rich and creamy.
  • Add salt and freshly ground black pepper according to your preference. Stir to combine.
  • Spoon the creamy beef pasta into bowls and enjoy immediately for a comforting meal.

Notes

Use any type of short pasta like penne, rotini, or shells for best results. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of beef broth or cream to loosen it. For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley or basil before serving. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheated gently on the stovetop.
