Salad Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn kernels cooked and cooled
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • cups mayonnaise
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix (1-oz)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chopped bacon
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning packet, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Add corn kernels, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions and toss well.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Notes

Corn can be fresh, frozen, or canned. Can be made a day in advance, and it will keep for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
