  • 1.5 cups white chocolate melting wafers or chips
  • holiday holly berry sprinkles

Main Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line light-colored baking sheets with parchment.
  • Prepare cookie dough as instructed, adding extra spices or nuts if using.
  • Scoop and bake cookies (1.5 tablespoon size) for 9–11 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft. Cool completely.
  • Melt white chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Drizzle or dip cookies, then top with holly berry sprinkles. Optional: sprinkle sea salt before chocolate sets.
  • Let cool until chocolate hardens. Store in airtight container.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt after decorating for balance if desired.
