Ingredients
  

Base & Layers

  • 6.5 sheets graham crackers
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 11 oz caramel bits or unwrapped caramels
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 10 oz coarsely chopped Butterfinger bites
  • 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate for drizzling

Preparation

  • Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the graham crackers evenly on the bottom of the pan.
  • Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the crackers.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the caramel bits with the milk, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted caramel evenly over the marshmallows and sprinkle the Butterfinger bites on top.
  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle evenly over the top layer.
  • Refrigerate the bars for about 1 hour until set.
  • Remove the bars from the pan, slice into 12 bars, and serve.

Notes

For an extra indulgent twist, add a sprinkle of sea salt over the chocolate drizzle. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
