Coffee Mixture

  • 3 tablespoons coffee granules
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Coffee Assembly

  • 1 serving brewed espresso
  • 1 handful ice
  • to taste dairy-free milk
  • optional Biscoff cookies

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, add in the coffee, hot water, and granulated sugar.
  • Whisk vigorously for around 5-8 minutes until thick and creamy, then set aside.

Assembly

  • Fill a glass with ice, and pour over dairy-free milk.
  • Brew espresso and pour over the milk.
  • Spoon of coffee cream on top.
  • Serve with a crumbled Biscoff cookie and cookie on the side.
  • Enjoy fresh and chilled!
