- 3 tablespoons coffee granules
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Coffee Assembly
- 1 serving brewed espresso
- 1 handful ice
- to taste dairy-free milk
- optional Biscoff cookies
Preparation
In a bowl, add in the coffee, hot water, and granulated sugar.
Whisk vigorously for around 5-8 minutes until thick and creamy, then set aside.
Assembly
Fill a glass with ice, and pour over dairy-free milk.
Brew espresso and pour over the milk.
Spoon of coffee cream on top.
Serve with a crumbled Biscoff cookie and cookie on the side.
