Fish

  • 4 fillets cod fresh or thawed

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped, for garnish
