Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
  • Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir continuously until it begins to thicken slightly.
  • Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Spread the spinach evenly over the pizza crust. Top with chopped artichokes.
  • Drizzle the spinach parmesan cream sauce generously over the spinach and artichokes.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
