Using Homemade Chicken Cutlets: Start by slicing boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs into even strips. If using whole pieces, lightly pound them to an even thickness. Set up a breading station by whisking eggs and a splash of water in one bowl, and breadcrumbs in another. Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture, then press into the breadcrumbs. Cook until the internal temperature reads 165F flipping halfway.
