  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil see note
  • 1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce I use reduced sodium
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 -2 cloves garlic minced (optional)

  • Shake together all ingredients.
  • Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

This dressing can be adjusted for different flavor profiles by changing the oil to vinegar ratio or adding other ingredients like peanut butter, ginger, lime, or sriracha. If using garlic, store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
