Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets cod about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  • Place cod fillets in a dish and pour marinade over them. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook cod fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ginger for the best flavor. Adjust honey for sweetness to taste. Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
